Yes. You can upload PDF, CSV, TXT, DOCX, JSON, and Markdown files. Aiden extracts the text and can analyze, summarize, and answer questions about your documents. File uploads are available on Pro and Business plans.
Yes. Aiden integrates with Gmail (via Resend), Slack, Google Calendar, Supabase, and custom webhooks. You can also connect any REST API. More integrations are added regularly.
Yes. The workflow builder lets you create multi-step automations with triggers (manual, scheduled, webhook, file upload), conditions, approval steps, retry logic, and notifications. You can also describe workflows in plain English and Aiden will generate the steps.
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted in transit, and never shared with other users. Aiden does not train on your data. You can export or delete all your data at any time. We support SSO, MFA, role-based access, and full audit logging.
Yes. Business plans support up to 25 seats with five workspace roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, and Viewer. Each role has configurable permissions for agents, workflows, and integrations.
No. Everything in Aiden — chat, agents, workflows, integrations, and settings — is designed for non-technical users. You can describe what you want in plain English and Aiden handles the rest. For advanced users, API access is available on Business plans.
