We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any content you share through the platform including chat messages, uploaded files, and agent configurations.
Your data is used to provide and improve the Aiden platform, process your requests, maintain your account, and communicate with you about your subscription.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Aiden uses Claude by Anthropic to process your requests. Your conversations are sent to Anthropic's API for processing but are not used to train their models. Anthropic's data handling policies apply to API interactions.
We use Clerk for authentication, Square for payment processing, Tavily for web search, and Resend for email delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can export all your data, delete your account and all associated data, or modify your information at any time through the Settings and Security pages.
